Our reliable and efficient infrared ceramic heating elements & ceramic infrared emitters (IR heat emitters) produce long-wave infrared radiation. As a result, these robust ceramic infrared heating elements are often used in thermoforming heaters, packaging, outdoor heaters, and saunas for leisure centers. Furthermore, they are useful for curing and have a variety of drying applications.

Ceramic heaters are the most efficient infrared emitters on the market because they operate best at temperatures ranging from 300 to 700 degrees Celsius (575- 1292 degrees Fahrenheit). Subsequently, they produce infrared wavelengths in the 2-10 micron range. Many materials and plastics absorb infrared best in this range.

Useful wavelength range 2 to 10 μm
Trough Elements (FTE/HTE) are industry-standard ceramic infrared heaters. These solid cast elements are used in a wide range of industrial, commercial, and domestic applications. They consist of a high-temperature FeCrAL resistance alloy embedded in a specially formulated ceramic body. Therefore, allowing operating temperatures up to 750°C and a maximum power of 1000W (FTE Model Only).

Hollow Elements

Useful wavelength range 2 to 10 μm
Ceramic Hollow Elements (SFEH, FFEH, HFEH, QFEH) are industry standard ceramic emitters. These are used in a wide range of industrial, commercial, and domestic applications. Therefore, hollow-constructed ceramic elements have the advantage of a shorter heat-up time and increased energy efficiency. These products consist of a high-temperature FeCrAl resistance alloy which is embedded in a specially formulated lightweight hollow cast ceramic body. Then, the body is filled with a high-density insulating material. This design results in a significant reduction in rear heat loss and increased radiant output from the front. As a result of this construction, operating temperatures can reach up to 750°C with a maximum power of 800W (FFEH and SFEH).
